Barbara Carkenord, Director , Business Analysis at RMC Project Management has over 25 years’ experience in business analysis, and helped create the business analysis training industry. Barbara ​possesses an MBA from the University of Michigan, is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) and a Project Management Professional (PMP®). Barbara is the author of Seven Steps to Mastering Business Analysis and a frequent speaker at industry events. Actively involved in the IIBA, she was a core member of the IIBA BABOK® creation committee and has contributed to its book, Managing Business Analysts. Barbara was named 2010 Small Business Woman of the Year by the Georgia Women in Technology association.
